how to make 110v input

This is not a super inverter. It uses cheap high frequency, transformerless inverter technology that offers a poorer surge capacity and a much shorter life expectancy than real inverters that use low frequency, transformer based inverter tech.

This cannot be true MPPT. Real MPPT requires a computing system. For example, a microcontroller with a multi-channel ADC.
